VersaRam
The VersaRam is a highly configurable ram style electromechanical actuator.  It is available with either lead or ball screw drive.  The core ram unit is configurable with many standard accessories.  These include a variety of mounting options and motor mounting options.  The VersaRam can be configured as an inline, right angle, or parallel motor configuration.  The motor can be connected direct drive, through a gearbox, or through a toothed belt drive.

Dicronite Dry Lubricant Coating Service
Precision Technology USA now offers Dicronite dry film lube coating service. Dicronite is a dry film lubrication with a coefficient of friction of 0.030. The film is applied using a room temperature process and forms a molecular bond with the base material 20 millionths of an inch thick. Dicronite bonds to all metals and most plastics. It has a load carrying capacity of 350,000 psi. It has a temperature range from -350F to +1000F. It is inert, non-toxic, non-magnetic, vacuum stable, LOX compatible, and non-corrosive.  Dicronite can be applied to our product for extended life or we can apply it to customer supplied parts. Wiesel FORCELine
The FORCELine is the newest member of the Wiesel family. The FORCELine offers very high load and moment capability in a low profile package. The new profile has tremendous stiffness and a high moment of inertia making it perfect for cantilevered applications or long unsupported lengths. The FORCELine is available with a ball screw drive or belt drive. The ball screw drive utilizes NEFF's patented ball bearing guidance system used in the POWERLine. The ball screw drive uses the next generation of NEFF's patented screw support system allowing 100 inches/second (2.5 m/s) for lengths up to 5500 mm. The belt drive units utilize the high speed cam follower system used in the SPEEDLine allowing even higher speeds. In both cases, the guidance system is mounted at a 45 degree angle to maximize load carrying capability in all directions. Both units are fully enclosed using our cover strip system.

SoftSlide 
The SoftSlide is a departure from our standard offering and represents our smallest actuator to date. Developed for the medical and lab automation industries the SoftSlide is perfect for any application where a low profile compact package is required. The SoftSlide stands a scant one-inch tall, yet packs a rolled precision ball screw and ground precision square rail guide. Available with stepper motor mounts this product is perfect for any compact application regardless of industry.

ValueGear
High performance spiral bevel technology in a reduced cost package. ValueGear uses high performance Graessner spiral bevel gear sets mounted in an extruded aluminum housing. This housing allows for direct connection to structural aluminum elements.

New PerformaGear
Extremely high torques and high speed now available in the same package. The original PerformaGear line has been expanded with hollow input and output options, ratios up to 5:1, and higher input speeds.
